1. Part Verification & Fitment

While dotcarparts.com provides detailed search tools by Make, Model, and Year, vehicle variants can differ by region, trim, and market specs. Customers are encouraged to provide their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN / Chassis Number) via chat or form to guarantee 100% part compatibility before dispatch.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All part prices and quotations provided on the website or via WhatsApp are in Omani Rials (OMR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to market availability and currency exchange rates. Formal quotes are valid for the timeframe stated in the communication.

3. Ordering & Doorstep Delivery

• Orders are confirmed once fitment is verified and payment terms are agreed upon.
• Doorstep delivery timeframes vary by region across Oman (Muscat, Dhofar, Al Batinah, etc.) and availability in central warehouses.
• Risk of damage during transit passes to the customer upon handover by our delivery agent, subject to initial delivery inspection.

4. Customer Obligations

Customers must ensure accurate contact numbers, location pins, and vehicle details are provided. Installation of specialized mechanical or electrical parts (e.g., ABS controllers, A/C compressors, ECMs) must be performed by certified technicians.

5. Limitation of Liability

dotcarparts.com is not liable for consequential damages, labor costs, vehicle downtime, or towing fees resulting from improper installation or misuse of auto parts.
